Beautiful bulgur and kailan pilaf with chili roast tomatoes.
I wanted to use the bulgur which has been sitting in the cupboard for a while. I adapted Heidi’s recipe and omitted the labneh. I didn’t have spinach on hand, so I used blanched kailan instead. I also used a beef cube for the stock. The caramelised onion and the lemon juice in the bulgur went well together. To top it off, I added 2 hard boiled eggs. This being my first time using bulgur, did I like it? I loved it. I’m looking forward to making another batch of this.
